I lost every key to my car. Can you still make one without the original?
Yes. All keys lost is one of our core services. We come to your car, cut a new key, read the NATS PIN when needed and register the key to your immobilizer. You need the VIN, a photo ID and the title or registration to prove the car is yours.
My car is parked at home and will not start. Do I need to have it towed?
No. We are a mobile service and bring the cutting and programming equipment to your car, so there is no tow and no dealer visit. We cover Metro Atlanta the same day.
I only have one key left. Should I get a spare now?
Yes. Adding a spare while you still have a working key is usually simpler and costs less than an all keys lost job later. We cut and program the spare on site and test both keys before we leave.
I am not sure if my car uses a transponder key or a smart key. How do I find out?

I bought a used car and the seller gave me one key. What do I need to bring?

My dash shows a key system error. Is that a key problem or something bigger?
It can be either. We run key system error diagnostics with CONSULT III Plus to find whether the key, the immobilizer or a module is the cause. If a module was replaced, we can also handle NATS synchronization.
