FAQ

I lost every key to my Nissan. Can you still make me a new one?

Yes. All keys lost is one of our core services. We come to your car, cut the blade and program a new key or Intelligent Key on site, with no tow. Have the VIN, a photo ID and proof that the car is yours (title or registration) ready when the technician arrives.

My Infiniti is a 2019. Can you get past the 20-digit rolling PIN?

Yes. We perform NATS PIN code reading, including the 20-digit rolling PIN used on 2018 and newer vehicles, then register the key with CONSULT III Plus or our Autel and Xhorse programmers, all at your location.

My dash says Key System Error. Is it my key or the car?

It can be either, and we find out on site. We run Key System Error diagnostics with CONSULT to check the fob, the antenna and the immobilizer. If the steering lock is the cause, we handle ESCL emulator and steering lock replacement.

I replaced the ECM in my Nissan and now it will not start. Can you fix that?

Yes. A new or used ECM has to be paired with your car's immobilizer before the engine will start. We write your VIN to the module and run NATS synchronization so it accepts your keys. When the original data needs to carry over, we clone the ECM or BCM on the bench by reading its EEPROM with VVDI Prog.

I am locked out. Will opening the door scratch my car?

No. KeyModuleProgramm guarantees damage-free entry on every lockout. The technician opens the car without harming the door, paint or weatherstripping, and is licensed, bonded and insured.

My Nissan is an older 2003 model. Is it too old for you to program?

No. We work on Nissan and Infiniti vehicles from 2000 onward, cutting and programming transponder keys and remotes on site. Give us the model and year and we confirm the key type before the visit.
