Smart Key Replacement at Your Car

We come to your vehicle, cut and program the new smart key on site, and test it before we leave. You do not need the original key.

  1. Share your vehicle details

    Give us the year, model and VIN, and tell us if any key still works or if all keys are lost.

  2. Verify ownership

    On arrival we check a photo ID and proof that the car is yours: the title or registration.

  3. Connect dealer-level software

    We work with CONSULT III Plus, Autel IM608 Pro II and Xhorse VVDI to access the immobilizer.

  4. Read the PIN and cut the blade

    We read the NATS PIN code, including the 20-digit rolling PIN on 2018 and newer vehicles, and cut the emergency key blade.

  5. Register and test the key

    We complete Intelligent Key programming and key registration, then test push-button start, locks and the blade before leaving.

    FAQ

    I lost every key to my car. Can you still make a new smart key?

    Yes. All keys lost is one of our core services. We come to your vehicle, read the immobilizer PIN, cut the emergency blade and register a new smart key on site, so you do not need the original and the car does not need a tow.

    My dash shows a Key System Error. Is my smart key the problem?

    It might not be. Your smart key could be fine while the steering lock or a module is causing the warning. We run a CONSULT diagnostic to find the real fault before we replace anything. If it turns out to be the steering lock, we fit an ESCL emulator or a new steering lock at your vehicle.

    My car is a 2019 model. Can you read the newer PIN code?

    Yes. We read NATS PIN codes, including the 20-digit rolling PIN used on 2018 and newer vehicles, then program the new smart key at your car with dealer-level software.

    I had a used module installed and now my keys stop working. Can you fix that?

    Yes. We perform NATS synchronization after module replacement and VIN writing for used modules, so the module, immobilizer and keys work together again. It is done at your vehicle, with no trip to a dealer.
