Three documents required

Proof of Ownership Before Any Key

KeyModuleProgramm verifies ownership before making any car key. On arrival, you show the specialist:

  1. The vehicle VIN
  2. A photo ID
  3. Proof the car is yours: title or registration

Once verified, the specialist cuts and programs the key on site. This check protects you and keeps keys to your car out of the wrong hands.

Call with your VIN ready and the specialist explains what to show on arrival.

FAQ

When I call, will I be talking to a call center or to the people who actually do the work?

You won't get a call center. When you contact KeyModuleProgramm, you deal directly with the business, and a trained specialist certified to work on Nissan and Infiniti comes to your vehicle. We offer same-day service across Metro Atlanta within 30 miles of Sandy Springs, Monday to Sunday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.

What does NASTF Certified Professional mean for me as a customer?

It means automakers have vetted the technician before letting them access vehicle security information, such as key codes and immobilizer PINs. For you, it means the person programming your key went through a background and credential check, not just someone who bought a programming tool.

Can I check your license and insurance before you come to my car?

Yes. KeyModuleProgramm is licensed, bonded and insured, and you can ask for the details when you call. Insurance: $1M / $2M Insured · Commercial liability coverage with The Hartford.

What happens if my car gets damaged while you open it?

We guarantee damage-free entry on every lockout. The specialist uses non-destructive methods that leave the door, paint and lock intact. On top of that guarantee, the business is bonded and insured while working on your vehicle.

My car is not registered in my name yet. Will you still make a key?

We need proof the car is yours before making any key: the VIN, a photo ID and the title or registration. If your documents are in process, tell the specialist when you call so they can confirm what will work before driving out. Until the title or registration is in your name, we cannot make the key.

What equipment will you use to program keys or modules on my Nissan or Infiniti?

We bring dealer-level diagnostic software to your vehicle. For keys, we use Key Registration with CONSULT III Plus, the Autel IM608 Pro II and Xhorse VVDI. For modules, we reflash ECM and TCM units with NERS and J2534, configure modules with CONSULT III Plus, and clone BCM and ECM units on the bench with VVDI Prog EEPROM reading. After a module is replaced, we also handle NATS synchronization.
