(404) 737-0061How to pick a car locksmith you trust
What to look for before you let anyone work on your car keys.
How can I tell if a car locksmith is legit before I let them touch my Infiniti?
Ask for credentials and watch whether they check ownership. KeyModuleProgramm is licensed, bonded and insured, and our specialist is a NASTF Certified Professional. Before making any key, we ask for the VIN, a photo ID and proof the car is yours, either the title or the registration. A locksmith who skips that step is a red flag.
Do you work on every car brand, or mostly Nissan and Infiniti?
Our work centers on Nissan and Infiniti, model years 2000 and newer. We are certified to work on both brands, and our tools and software are set up for their key and immobilizer systems, from older models to the 20 digit rolling PIN used on 2018 and newer cars.
Should I trust a locksmith who makes a key without asking for any papers?
No. A legitimate car locksmith confirms that the car belongs to the person asking for the key. We always ask for the VIN, a photo ID and the title or registration. It protects you, because nobody else can get a working key to your car that way.
Call and confirm the credentials of the specialist who will work on your car.
(404) 737-0061What shapes the price of your job
How pricing works for keys, fobs and module programming.
What decides how much a new key for my Nissan will cost?
The price depends on your vehicle and the job it needs. The model and year, whether it uses a smart key or a transponder key, and whether you still have a working key all change the work involved. Share those details and the specialist gives you the price for your specific car.
What should I have ready so you can quote me for BCM or ECU programming?
Have your VIN, the model and year, and a short description of what happened, such as a module swap or a warning on the dash. With that, the specialist knows whether the job is a reflash, a configuration, or a bench clone of your old module, and can price it.
Call with your VIN and model ready to get a price for your car.

Are you open on weekends or around the clock for lockouts?
We take urgent calls, and our hours are Mon to Sun 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. If you are locked out or lost your keys, reach out and the specialist tells you when he can get to your car. Same day service is available across Metro Atlanta.
Can I book a same day appointment instead of treating it as an emergency?
Yes. Same day service is available across Metro Atlanta, so you can schedule a spare key, a fob or a module job for later in the day. We come to the car where it sits, so you do not need to plan a drive or a tow.
Call and set a same day visit to wherever your car is parked.
(404) 737-0061Choosing between a locksmith and the dealer
What changes when the specialist comes to you instead of you going to the dealer.
Why would I call a locksmith instead of the dealer for my Pathfinder smart key?
Because we bring dealer-level diagnostic software to your car. You avoid towing it in and waiting for a service slot, since the key is programmed where the car is parked, usually the same day. You also deal directly with the trained specialist, with no call center in between.
Can a key copy shop copy my car key, or do I need an automotive locksmith?
A copy shop can cut the metal, but most Nissan and Infiniti keys from 2000 on carry a chip that has to be registered to the car. We cut the blade and program the transponder or smart key on site, so the new key opens the doors and starts the engine.
Call and get your key programmed at your car, without the trip to the dealer.
(404) 737-0061Module programming in plain words
What BCM, ECM and TCM work means for your car.
What is BCM programming, and when would my car need it?
The BCM is the body control module that handles keys, locks and many electrical features. It needs programming when it is replaced, when a used one is installed, or when the key system loses sync. We configure it, write your VIN when needed and synchronize it with the immobilizer so your keys work again.
Does my module have to come out of the car for you to program it?
Not always. Many jobs, like an ECM or TCM reflash or a module configuration, are done with the module in the car. When cloning is the better route, we read the old module on the bench and copy its data to the replacement, then install it and check that everything syncs.
Call and tell the specialist which module your car needs programmed.
